Yes the only Ferrari Enzo eligible for show and display belonged to the Pope. All other Enzo's are perfectly legal to drive as much as you want.

Nope, not all other Enzos are legal to drive as much as you want! Only US spec models. Euro models aren't on the list of cars eligible for conversion into spec.
